Supports the CEO and leadership team across fundraising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and corporate development. Responsibilities include researching investors and markets, managing the investor pipeline and CRM, preparing presentations and board materials, coordinating due diligence, developing partnership opportunities, supporting financial and strategic evaluations, and managing executive-level meetings and follow-up across technology, infrastructure, energy, utilities, and AI sectors.

Build and maintain scalable backend services using TypeScript and NestJS, design REST and GraphQL APIs, model data in PostgreSQL, implement microservices with CQRS and Clean Architecture, collaborate in Agile teams, write testable maintainable code, and participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
