Manage internal and customer-facing projects by maintaining status dashboards, budgets, timelines, resource allocations, milestones, and documentation. Coordinate deadlines, support new product and feature development planning, prepare estimates and project setups, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory and quality documentation is complete and traceable. The role collaborates with product and technical management teams in a multidisciplinary hardware development environment and supports compliance with quality and environmental management systems.

Administers NetSuite, Concur, and RF-Smart by resolving service desk issues, managing users and access, maintaining saved searches and dashboards, configuring alerts, and supporting reporting. Maintains documentation, controls, and business process visibility while partnering across manufacturing operations. Requires flexibility outside traditional working hours and hybrid work in Burnaby, BC.

Own and optimize Bamboo CI pipelines and a Python-based build system for C++ and TypeScript/JavaScript projects across multiple architectures. Build Docker-based environments, improve caching and parallelization, maintain hardware test rigs, automate Google Test, pytest, and Jest coverage, and manage artifact publishing, SBOMs, security scanning, and code-signing plans. Diagnose build and test failures, implement fixes, and collaborate with development, QA, firmware, and release teams.
