Lead a 58-person global sales organization to expand into the 2D smart camera market. Own global sales forecast and P&L, drive channel strategy (distributors, SIs, OEMs), align product roadmap with market needs, mentor high-performing teams, and synchronize sales with engineering and product. Requires significant international travel and PST overlap.

Lead quality systems architecture and governance, design and audit workflows (MRB, RMAs), convert ERP/PLM data into predictive intelligence, drive continuous improvement using lean methods, serve as Netsuite/Autodesk Fusion super-user, and partner across NPI, engineering, supply chain, and production to ensure audit-ready compliance and scalable quality operations.

Responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities, purchasing components, managing suppliers, maintaining stock levels, and supporting product development initiatives.
