Communicates with customers by phone, receives and processes hydraulic seal orders, builds customer relationships, identifies needs and product opportunities, and supports sales growth. The role requires strong communication, math, measuring, organizational, and customer service skills, along with Microsoft Office proficiency. It is an onsite position in Surrey, British Columbia, with compensation of $50,000–$65,000 annually.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across North America, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, presenting qualified candidates, coordinating offers, and maintaining candidate relationships. Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles, use recruiting systems, support talent acquisition initiatives, promote the employer brand, and occasionally attend career fairs and university recruitment events.

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, prospect for new clients, maintain customer relationships, provide product recommendations and pricing, update CRM records, address customer concerns, and achieve sales targets through lead generation and relationship building.
