As a Social & Video Creator, you will produce video content and manage social content across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube, focusing on brand storytelling and audience engagement through creative campaigns.

Build and operate LLM-powered agent backends at scale: design retrieval and orchestration pipelines, optimize latency and inference cost, develop evaluation and human-in-the-loop systems, and own end-to-end projects from architecture to production readiness while collaborating with product, infrastructure, and data teams.

Own full customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive adoption, demonstrate ROI, multi-thread accounts, lead cross-functional account teams, spot and mitigate risk early, and hit renewal and expansion targets through commercial partnerships and change management.
