Lead and manage a QA team for AAA/live-service games: set testing standards, prioritize tasks, create test plans, ensure defect reporting and coverage, coordinate with production and external vendors, allocate resources, track KPIs, mentor staff, and manage testing risks to deliver high-quality releases.

Lead ASO strategy and execution for live-service mobile games and new launches: roadmap and A/B tests, AI-driven metadata creation and localization, storefront asset management across iOS/Google Play/Epic/Steam, KPI reporting, competitor and keyword analysis, and cross-functional coordination with PMM, PRM, Creative, and Data Science to model growth and optimize post-launch retention.

Leads Kabam’s marketing Creative Services function, overseeing creative direction, team mentorship, project delivery, stakeholder alignment, external IP approvals, resourcing, budgets, and quality standards. The role also owns AI-enabled production strategy, governance, workflow automation, team upskilling, and integration of generative AI tools. The director remains hands-on, producing static, motion, video, and CG assets while establishing scalable creative systems and long-term organizational strategy.
