Leads partner technical discovery, designs and implements payment API integrations, builds scripts and lightweight services, and manages deployments from sandbox to production. The role develops AI-assisted engineering assets, delivery playbooks, and automation while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations. It requires customer-facing technical experience, software or solutions engineering expertise, and familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, payments, and AI developer tools.

The Chief Technology Officer will define and execute the technology roadmap, lead software engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and architecture teams, and oversee SaaS platform modernization. Responsibilities include cloud migration, cybersecurity, reliability, operational excellence, talent development, engineering metrics, and executive collaboration. The CTO will also establish the organization’s AI strategy and deliver secure AI-enabled product capabilities using technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and RAG.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to English- and French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots configuration, access, and application issues; documents and categorizes tickets; provides product guidance; escalates complex cases; monitors SLAs and follows up on open cases. The role also assists with French training and documentation translation, participates in product and process training, and works a rotating after-hours and public-holiday schedule.
