Lead Jobber’s sales enablement programs and a team of five to six. Set strategy for onboarding, training, certification, coaching, and sales readiness; own ramp programs and launch enablement for products, pricing, and processes. Build scalable playbooks and learning frameworks, incorporate AI into enablement, partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and measure impact through ramp speed, certification, pipeline, and revenue.

Designs scalable data models, governed semantic layers, pipelines, reports, dashboards, and BI solutions. Establishes standardized metrics, data governance, access controls, and data quality practices while optimizing SQL and BI platform performance. Partners with Analytics and business stakeholders to support self-service analytics, improve data literacy, and enable strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

The Sales Operations Manager partners with sales leaders to diagnose operational problems, analyze performance data, recommend improvements, and lead channel projects from discovery through rollout and measurement. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder alignment, process redesign, change management, executive communication, adoption tracking, and connecting project outcomes to productivity, conversion, pipeline quality, sales cycle, and forecast accuracy.
