Oversee daily 3PL operations across warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service. Lead and develop large teams, manage KPIs and operational risk, improve processes using Lean or Six Sigma methods, analyze performance data, and maintain profitability through budgeting and P&L oversight. The role may expand to regional multi-site responsibility and requires hands-on leadership in fast-paced warehouse and logistics environments.

Process client records in a fast-paced warehouse environment by sorting and categorizing files, creating labels, entering high volumes of record numbers, meeting production targets, and maintaining accuracy and compliance. The role requires strong English communication, 10-key proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 80–90 pounds.

Coordinate warehouse fulfillment across inbound, outbound, and inventory transfer activities. Guide floor teams, monitor service-level goals, audit inventory movements and item logging, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and maintain compliance with safety, material-handling, quality, and 5S standards. The role requires warehouse or logistics experience, physical ability to work full shifts and lift up to 50 pounds, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort using scanners, mobile applications, WMS software, and spreadsheets.
