Perform high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. Maintain record order, follow Imaging Center procedures, complete required documentation, and communicate with team and management.

Operate and administer warehouse and records facilities including receiving, storage, moves, shipment, and destruction of physical assets. Audit and account for inventory, prepare shipping/receiving schedules, enforce procedures, optimize space utilization, and maintain facility and equipment protection under established guidelines and moderate supervision.

Lead and support an imaging production team to ensure high-quality, efficient digital conversion of client records. Manage daily workflow (sorting, prepping, scanning), meet production targets, enforce compliance with imaging center procedures and document security, provide training and first-line support, and obtain required DoD Secret clearance.
