Own client onboarding and adoption from kickoff through go-live. Lead onboarding plans, readiness checkpoints, training, stakeholder communication, risk identification, and post-launch handoffs. Monitor adoption signals, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, and Account Management. Improve launch consistency by developing playbooks, checklists, training materials, and process improvements.

Own enterprise client and prospect relationships, lead consultative product demos, support deal closing, and serve as an expert on hourly workforce and HR operations. Partner with sales, marketing, and product to develop go-to-market strategies, translate customer pain points into product opportunities, address compliance and integration requirements, and influence roadmap decisions for multi-location frontline workforces.

Design, build, and optimize cloud-native lakehouse pipelines and curated data products using Python and SQL. Own data modeling, orchestration, observability, performance tuning, governance, and secure access for multi-tenant SaaS analytics and AI use cases. Mentor engineers, lead reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and drive reusable platform patterns to support reporting, embedded analytics, operational data products, and ML-ready datasets.
