Lead delivery of utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects from contract award through commissioning. Act as primary customer contact, manage schedule, budget, scope, risks, contracts, stakeholder communication, technical coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project completion.

Manage supplier quality and qualification for materials, components, and assemblies. Conduct supplier audits, FAI/PPAP, capability studies, and production readiness reviews. Monitor supplier performance, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, drive process improvements, cost reduction, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NPI, engineering changes, and regulatory compliance; travel to supplier sites as needed.

Support pre-sales and business development by translating technical battery capabilities into customer solutions. Design and configure energy storage systems, liaise with engineering and operations, produce technical marketing collateral, and represent the company at events. Requires collaboration across teams and occasional international travel.
