The Customer Success Manager will drive customer retention and expansion through engagement strategies, account reviews, and satisfaction calls while collaborating with onboarding and managing renewals.

Handle inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting to book product demos, manage prospect expectations, overcome objections, meet KPIs (calls scheduled/completed, qualified opportunities), attend North American trade shows as needed, and develop skills for promotion into a closing sales role.

The Account Executive will engage leads, generate pipeline, demonstrate solutions, collaborate on campaigns, and achieve sales quotas in a high-velocity sales environment.
