Develop and modernize SQL Server-backed data-access systems for radiology workflows. Responsibilities include database schema and query refactoring, performance optimization, secure and reliable data access, type-safe Kotlin and jOOQ repositories, migration pipelines, automated testing, CI/CD tooling, technical standards, architecture input, code reviews, and developer mentorship.

Develop and maintain Intelerad’s Unified Storage Layer and cloud storage services for medical imaging applications. Responsibilities include designing production-ready software, resolving complex storage and infrastructure issues, reviewing code, documenting solutions, and managing AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD infrastructure. The developer will work autonomously within a distributed Agile/Scrum team and contribute across multiple codebases, cloud-native services, and platform improvements.

Designs, implements, and optimizes enterprise database architecture supporting medical imaging platforms across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Develops data models aligned with DICOM, HL7, and FHIR; establishes security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery standards; and leads performance tuning, capacity planning, migrations, and modernization. Collaborates with engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and product teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
