Lead deployment and adoption of the Contact AE platform across Western Provinces. Develop regional project and change management plans, analyze usage data, recommend improvements, create documentation and training materials, support field teams and executives, and collaborate with Business Development to drive measurable, repeatable adoption outcomes.

Provide administrative and underwriting support for contract surety: data entry, invoice and premium calculations, prepare bonds/renewals/riders, review broker-issued bonds for compliance, generate reports, correspond with brokers and end users, and assist underwriters with issuance and premium adjustments.

Provide independent legal counsel for insurance defence matters from intake through trial and appeal. Draft pleadings, affidavits, opinions and ADR materials; conduct discoveries, mediations, arbitrations, pre-trial conferences and trials; present legal education to claims teams; communicate with adjusters; adopt and use AI tools within ethical guardrails.
