The Customer Experience Leader is responsible for enhancing customer experiences, managing daily operations, and achieving sales goals while driving a customer-centric culture within the store.

Provide welcoming, customer-focused service on the sales floor by engaging customers, curating product selections, maintaining visual standards, responding to feedback, supporting health and safety, and contributing ideas to improve employee and customer experience.

Provide exceptional in-store customer service by engaging customers, curating product selections, supporting daily store operations (receiving, shelving, inventory counts), merchandising, handling returns, and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment. Contribute ideas, respond to customer feedback, and support team development and store leadership.

Lead store shift operations and customer experience as part of the Store Leadership Team. Manage opening/closing, visual standards, safety, loss prevention, team coaching, and contribute to sales, budgeting and talent activities while fostering an inclusive, customer-centric culture.

Provide friendly, customer-focused service on the sales floor; support daily store operations including inventory counts, stocking, receiving merchandise and merchandising; create a welcoming environment, engage customers, curate product selections, respond to feedback, and support health and safety and continuous improvement efforts.

The Product Operations Leader oversees product movement and execution in stores, coaching staff and ensuring effective customer experiences, merchandising, and safety compliance.
