Lead financial analysis, modeling, and accounting for complex, non-standard corporate transactions (M&A, JVs, structured equity/debt, partnerships, divestitures, licensing) and litigation support. Partner with CFO, finance, accounting, tax, and legal to structure deals, perform diligence, manage the deal pipeline, and report on transaction outcomes and strategic implications.

Review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts in English and French; evaluate contractual risks; coordinate with cross-functional teams; support sales contracting processes; maintain contract programs, reporting, and tools; mentor analysts and improve legal operations and systems.
