Supports manufacturing and new product introduction for software running on DNA sequencing instruments. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, executing functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing, troubleshooting software and system issues, investigating defects, performing root-cause analysis, documenting verification results, and collaborating with quality, manufacturing, development, regulatory, supply chain, and systems teams in a regulated environment.

Develop and sustain electrical systems for DNA sequencing instruments across NPI, manufacturing transfer, and product lifecycle support. Design cable harnesses, qualify HPC platforms, troubleshoot hardware, investigate failures, execute verification testing, and manage engineering changes. Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, field service, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to improve reliability, performance, manufacturability, compliance, and supply continuity.

Leads lifecycle management of electrical systems for genomic sequencing instruments, including component end-of-life response, supplier and design changes, HPC/server hardware qualification, troubleshooting, testing, compliance, and product releases. Provides technical project leadership, mentors engineers, and collaborates across development, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and field service teams.
