Lead complex AI and software programs across engineering, product, support, and operations. Translate strategy into executable features, coordinate releases, manage risks and dependencies, drive readiness, engage customers, and resolve cross-functional trade-offs. Support adoption of an AI-agentic operating model, improve agile delivery practices, maintain governance, and communicate status to technical, business, and customer stakeholders.

Establish and lead IFS Copperleaf’s applied AI and data science practice. Build classical predictive models, LLM and agentic AI capabilities, curated datasets, evaluation frameworks, and production ML pipelines. Own model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, governance, and quality standards. Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor engineers and scientists, guide RAG and fine-tuning initiatives, and translate ambiguous product needs into explainable, defensible AI solutions for regulated capital planning.

Lead the Agentic Platform engineering pillar across cloud infrastructure, data, AI, extensions, integrations, and shared services. Own architecture, Azure migration, AI infrastructure, automation, operational readiness, platform adoption, extension migration, delivery, quality, hiring, and succession planning. Partner with R&D and architecture leadership on the technology roadmap while scaling a self-service, secure, compliant, cloud-native platform for enterprise customers.
