Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies for Dealer Services. Create content for newsletters, intranet, email, video and social media. Build communication frameworks, coordinate events and town halls, support senior leadership messaging, liaise across departments, and monitor communications effectiveness in both English and French.

Manage and optimize direct-response marketing campaigns (digital and print) for voluntary group insurance products. Develop strategies, communication plans, and sales tactics; create and review bilingual English/French content; analyze campaign performance; collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to improve materials and execution.

Lead distribution of individual life insurance products through broker channels by training advisors on products, sales concepts and illustration software, building relationships with advisors and MGA teams, creating regional marketing plans and presentations, soliciting new business, responding to inquiries, and representing the company at conferences, roadshows and events (including evenings and weekends).
