Acquire and onboard restaurant and retail merchants through in-person outreach, negotiation, and partnership agreements. Maintain merchant relationships, provide operational support, optimize platform performance and GMV, coordinate promotional campaigns, manage merchant backend data, and gather market feedback. The role requires Mandarin fluency, strong B2B sales and negotiation abilities, independent field work, organization, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
