Performs financial modeling, valuation, cash flow analysis, due diligence, market research, lease and property financial analysis, and feasibility assessments using Argus and Excel. Assists with project financing, entitlement, design, contracting, construction management, leasing strategies, investor requirements, comparable databases, and preparation of presentations and proposals.
