Serves as a technical advisor for enterprise SaaS customers, leading integrations, identity management, APIs, data services, implementation projects, technical consultations, and complex escalations. Partners with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions, support upsell opportunities, troubleshoot technical issues, improve documentation, and influence platform enhancements.

Lead product strategy and roadmap; define and prioritize requirements and user stories; conduct market and competitive research; drive product development from concept to launch; track product metrics and profitability; collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success; write user stories, participate in scrum, and mentor junior team members.

Lead Zipline's core product team to define and execute the 12–18 month roadmap, grow and mentor product managers, align strategy across Engineering and Design, and embed AI-first thinking into frontline workflows. Own customer-facing storytelling, drive outcome-focused prioritization, remove cross-functional blockers, and ensure roadmap delivery creates measurable revenue and customer impact.

Lead the cross-functional Factory in a Box transformation program from initiation to implementation. Maintain integrated roadmaps, manage dependencies, vendors, budgets, risks, governance, and executive reporting. Coordinate workstreams across engineering, software, cloud, supply chain, marketing, legal, and operational readiness to ensure repeatable, multi-site manufacturing deployment.

Design and implement data models, pipelines, and ML systems to power AI agents and analytics. Build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models at scale, integrate Snowflake/AWS and Salesforce Data Cloud, and deliver production-ready data products and views to stakeholders.
