Define and drive the global product strategy and multi‑year roadmap for Machine Guidance. Build value propositions and business cases, prioritize capital investment, engage customers and partners, lead product specialists, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and manage lifecycle and performance metrics to deliver operational and financial value for mining precision solutions.

Design and produce technical concepts, drawings, BOMs and documentation for heavy machinery control systems. Verify and revise CAD designs, interpret electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and operator manuals, support ERP processes, participate in peer reviews, and assist field implementations.

Provide technical support and services for Hexagon Mining's MinePlan software worldwide. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases to resolution or escalation, deliver client training and project assistance, create documentation and self-service materials, assist product development with defect reporting and testing, participate in on-call support, and travel to client sites as needed.
