Lead sales enablement to standardize processes, drive CRM and sales technology adoption, produce data-driven insights, support commercial planning and forecasting, develop enablement content, and consult with regional sales and cross-functional stakeholders to improve productivity and commercial execution.

Lead development, implementation, and oversight of safety and health programs at a cement plant. Ensure regulatory compliance, monitor performance, conduct audits and incident investigations, provide training and mentorship, manage claims, and support operational management to continuously improve safety performance.

Collect and test aggregate samples in lab and field to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Document and communicate results, perform inspections and onsite sampling, support production troubleshooting and continuous improvement, maintain testing equipment, and follow safety procedures.
