Drive net-new enterprise sales to municipal utilities across full-cycle, RFP-driven processes. Build qualified pipeline, engage stakeholders, lead evaluations and demos with technical teams, maintain Salesforce CRM, forecast bookings, close contracts, and represent the company at events. Requires heavy travel (~50%).

Implement, deploy, and maintain CityView applications across customer environments (cloud and on‑premise). Perform installations, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, database updates, and off‑hours support. Resolve customer tickets, escalate defects to Development, and contribute to automation, AI‑assisted knowledge management, and operational runbooks.
