Provides consulting and implementation support for Cayenta utility software clients. Responsibilities include business and gap analysis, requirements elicitation, application configuration, user acceptance testing, change management, client training, documentation, project support, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for additional products and services. The consultant acts as a subject matter expert connecting clients, operations, and R&D while improving utility customer processes.

Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform while identifying opportunities for AI enablement, workflow automation, self-service improvement, and cross-platform integrations. Configure Service Catalog workflows, portals, forms, scripts, and ITSM functionality; gather requirements; create documentation and test plans; coordinate UAT; support releases and upgrades; and troubleshoot platform issues. The role partners with technical and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and continuous process improvement.

Directs research and development strategy, software product development, technology roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and project delivery. Leads and mentors R&D staff, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, and reports to executive leadership. The role requires extensive software development, program management, people leadership, financial planning, and bilingual English-Korean communication. International travel to South Korea is required approximately once or twice annually.
