Administer and support NetSuite and related finance systems, including configuration, workflows, integrations, access controls, reporting, troubleshooting, and compliance. Lead finance transformation initiatives across order-to-cash processes, coordinate cross-functional requirements, manage project delivery and change controls, and create finance dashboards and reports. Provide end-user training while ensuring data integrity, SOX compliance, ITGC adherence, and continuous process improvement.

Build and ship full-stack, user-facing AI and analytics features for large datasets. Responsibilities include designing high-performance experiences, rapidly prototyping and validating LLM- and agent-powered workflows, integrating agents with tools such as Slack and alerting systems, collaborating across teams, and owning scalable production solutions. The role requires strong software engineering, product judgment, cloud-native experience, observability knowledge, and practical GenAI expertise.

Create and maintain technical documentation and learning content for Grafana observability products. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and writers; test software and procedures; use analytics to prioritize content; improve information architecture and documentation workflows; apply AI tools responsibly; manage multiple projects; and mentor teammates. The role requires enterprise or developer-facing software documentation experience, docs-as-code proficiency, technical troubleshooting ability, and strong asynchronous collaboration skills.
