Lead major defence and federal infrastructure programs from strategic pursuit through execution and closeout. Establish governance, delivery frameworks, risk and commercial strategies, and oversee schedule, budget, quality, procurement, project controls, and stakeholder engagement. Advise government clients and delivery partners, lead multidisciplinary teams, support strategic pursuits, and develop project delivery capability across Canada. The role requires extensive experience delivering major capital programs in complex, remote, or logistically challenging environments.

Leads complex electrical engineering projects for water and wastewater infrastructure, covering low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor controls, standby power, instrumentation, lighting, communications, security, and life safety systems. Provides technical leadership, mentors staff, manages project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include client engagement, business development, electrical studies, design reviews, professional sealing, tender and construction support, and compliance with Canadian codes and standards.

Lead delivery of municipal water and wastewater linear infrastructure projects (pipelines, pump/lift stations, storage). Manage multidisciplinary teams through planning, design and construction, oversee scope, budgets, schedules, risks and quality, and coordinate clients, contractors and subconsultants. Support business development, proposals and client relationships while mentoring staff and fostering collaboration and innovation.
