Lead delivery of municipal water and wastewater linear infrastructure projects (pipelines, pump/lift stations, storage). Manage multidisciplinary teams through planning, design and construction, oversee scope, budgets, schedules, risks and quality, and coordinate clients, contractors and subconsultants. Support business development, proposals and client relationships while mentoring staff and fostering collaboration and innovation.

Leads complex electrical engineering projects for water and wastewater infrastructure, covering low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor controls, standby power, instrumentation, lighting, communications, security, and life safety systems. Provides technical leadership, mentors staff, manages project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include client engagement, business development, electrical studies, design reviews, professional sealing, tender and construction support, and compliance with Canadian codes and standards.

Supports tunnel and underground infrastructure projects through tunnel liner and shaft design, geotechnical analysis, settlement assessment, instrumentation monitoring, technical reporting, proposal development, and client meetings. The role contributes to tunnel and station development, evaluates construction methods, analyzes geological and engineering data, and develops design solutions for transit and municipal projects across Canada and internationally.
