Lead and govern regional PMO practices while spending ~50% time on chargeable project delivery. Improve PM maturity, set KPIs, manage PD/PM rosters, run portfolio and independent project reviews, develop PM capability, mentor staff, and support strategic pursuits and major project delivery across Western Canada.

Lead Canadian corporate tax compliance, tax accounting (IAS 12), and cross-border advisory for the Americas. Review returns and provisions, support audits and tax authorities, manage external advisors, improve tax processes and automation, and mentor junior team members while ensuring tax governance and risk mitigation.

Conduct and lead biological field surveys (plants, wildlife, wetlands, fish), analyze and interpret data, prepare environmental reports (EIAs, biophysical assessments, CEMPs), support permitting and proposals, mentor junior staff, and coordinate fieldwork and stakeholder engagement for environmental consulting projects in Western Canada.
