Oversee residential curbside recycling operations across contract zones, leading supervisors, drivers, fleet resources, safety compliance, budgets, KPIs, and municipal or program stakeholder relationships. Manage route optimization, telematics, incident investigations, audits, workforce planning, service escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC, environmental regulations, Recycle BC requirements, and service-level agreements while improving safety, efficiency, diversion performance, and cost control.

Provides branch administrative support by answering calls, managing correspondence and files, entering and validating data, preparing reports and invoices, processing mail, completing billing tasks, and maintaining safety records. Delivers customer service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accurate documentation, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies.

Lead industrial services operations with a focus on health & safety, field oversight, team leadership, resource and asset management, budgeting, bidding, client relations, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.
