The Senior Software Developer will create web-based applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability across fleet management products while managing project tasks and supporting junior team members.

Manage and continuously improve Geotab's Salesforce platform: configure Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds, ensure data quality and security, oversee integrations and migrations, evaluate releases, develop/test enhancements, deliver training, and mentor team members to elevate Business Systems capabilities.

Define and own enterprise observability architecture and standards. Evaluate and standardize tooling, design scalable telemetry pipelines and storage, enforce OpenTelemetry instrumentation, create Terraform/Helm provisioning, define SLO/SLI frameworks, mentor engineers, and lead incident escalation and resolution.
