Manage and continuously improve Geotab's Salesforce platform: configure Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds, ensure data quality and security, oversee integrations and migrations, evaluate releases, develop/test enhancements, deliver training, and mentor team members to elevate Business Systems capabilities.

Lead global demo strategy and operations: design, build, and govern gold-standard SaaS demo environments and realistic data; develop modular demo content and AI-enabled assembly; align Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement; drive seller and partner readiness, certification, and continuous improvement to improve win rates and product adoption.

Lead and manage a global Deal Desk team to review and approve non-standard pricing, reseller RFPs, credit requests, and commercial agreements. Define SLAs, approval frameworks, and escalation processes; configure and govern CPQ (DealHub) playbooks and quoting rules; collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal; coach and develop direct reports while managing team budget and performance.
