Serves as a strategic HR partner to leadership and employees, advising on policies, employee relations, talent development, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and compliance. Leads performance management, engagement surveys, training needs, employee investigations, and employee experience initiatives. Provides HR coaching, data analysis, reporting, and policy implementation while partnering with centralized HR teams. May supervise up to five HR employees.
