Implement Genius ERP for manufacturing clients across project scoping, requirements analysis, planning, configuration, user training, testing, and deployment. Provide technical and strategic consulting, develop implementation strategies, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. The role requires manufacturing process knowledge, ERP implementation experience, advanced French and English bilingualism, and travel availability.

Provides L3 IT support and advanced troubleshooting while bridging the Network Administrator and L1/L2 technicians. Administers Microsoft 365 and Azure, manages networking, virtualization, backups, and IT security, performs root-cause analysis, documents systems, uses AI tools for automation, and participates in on-call coverage. This remote role requires residence in the Quebec City area and occasional office attendance for emergencies and maintenance.

Develop custom web applications, data-processing automation, and third-party API integrations for clients. Consult with customers, identify innovative solutions, provide project updates, document implementations, improve development standards, and build reusable tools. The role requires front-end, back-end, or full-stack development experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, SQL, reactive programming, REST API, and AI-assisted development skills. Fluency in French and English is required.
