This remote role requires residence in the Quebec City area and occasional office attendance for emergencies and maintenance.

The role requires front-end, back-end, or full-stack development experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, SQL, reactive programming, REST API, and AI-assisted development skills. Fluency in French and English is required.

Develop and migrate Genius ERP to the web, analyze new features, improve software and development processes, and collaborate with quality analysis and technical support teams using Agile Scrum. The role requires advanced Angular, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and TypeScript skills, with preferred experience in C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, UI libraries, development tools, Git, SQL Server, and ERP systems. The developer will also support and mentor junior developers.

Develop backend GenAI features for Genius ERP using C#/.NET, OpenAI APIs, and Microsoft Semantic Kernel. Build conversational agents, secure plugins, tool calling, structured outputs, and RAG solutions with Azure AI Search. Extend API and domain features, manage prompts and model metadata, enforce security and governance controls, and collaborate with Angular and product teams to deliver reliable, testable AI functionality.

Develop and migrate Genius ERP to the web using Angular. Analyze new features, improve software and development practices, and collaborate with quality assurance and technical support teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

Analyzes business and functional requirements for a manufacturing ERP application, translates them into technical specifications and business rules, documents solutions, assesses project impacts, and supports development teams in prioritizing deliverables. The role requires ERP experience in manufacturing, intermediate SQL, strong analytical and communication skills in French and English, and the ability to optimize processes and clarify operational needs. Agile/Scrum, software development, ERP integration, and AI productivity experience are assets.
