Leads skincare product research and innovation from opportunity identification through launch. Translates scientific, consumer, and market insights into differentiated product concepts, evaluates ingredients and efficacy data, assesses technical and regulatory feasibility, and coordinates product testing and validation. Develops claims strategies and substantiation dossiers while partnering with Marketing, Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Procurement, Operations, and Medical teams. Represents R&D in governance reviews and supports scientific communications, training, and launch materials.

Supports eCommerce growth marketing through promotional campaign execution, influencer and creator content coordination, regulatory review submissions, landing-page QA, site testing, merchandising updates, invoice processing, reporting, and cross-functional project coordination. Maintains campaign timelines, approvals, assets, trackers, and documentation while partnering with marketing, creative, regulatory, finance, technology, and agency teams to ensure accurate, conversion-ready customer experiences.
