Develop and own critical CRM systems in a serverless microservices environment. Build customer, property, ticketing, business operations, contract management, automation, and notification features using TypeScript across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and QA specialists to create user-friendly interfaces and scalable cloud solutions.

Owns internal IT operations end to end, including SaaS administration, access management, onboarding and offboarding, macOS device management, helpdesk support, security compliance, and SOC 2 evidence. Builds workflows, automations, AI-powered tools, and self-service processes to improve productivity and reduce recurring support issues. Partners with engineering leadership on security and compliance while documenting systems and maintaining auditable IT processes.

Owns end-to-end technical recruiting for customer-facing engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, technical fluency assessment, coordination, candidate experience, offer negotiation, and closing. The recruiter will build recruiting processes from scratch, develop Boolean searches, source through LinkedIn, GitHub, networking communities, and referrals, manage Rippling workflows, report funnel metrics, and partner directly with executive and engineering leaders. The role is fully remote with occasional travel.
