Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, market research, and performance measurement. Build reusable launch playbooks, define success metrics, drive member growth and retention, and influence Product, Brand, leadership, and external partners without formal authority. The role requires independent ownership, comfort with ambiguity, strong cross-functional communication, and effective use of AI tools.

Build and operate platform infrastructure for product analytics, data processing, and ML systems. Responsibilities include event tracking pipelines, Databricks Bronze-to-Gold lakehouse layers, schema evolution, data contracts, CI validation, backfills, monitoring, feature computation, model pipelines, lineage, PHI policy enforcement, and self-service developer tooling. The role focuses on making data and ML changes safe, observable, reproducible, and accessible to engineers and subject-matter experts.

Own clinical quality for member-facing AI products by partnering with product, engineering, and clinical teams. Design clinical AI evaluations, define quality thresholds and rubrics, assess accuracy, omissions, hallucinations, medication-safety risks, and translate clinical reasoning into prompts and decision logic. Monitor evolving evidence and standards of care, validate product launches, and communicate findings to technical and clinical audiences.
