Provide end-to-end guest support before, during, and after travel: build guest relationships, book trip components with Canadian suppliers, create and review itineraries, handle calls/emails and escalations (including emergencies), offer concierge services and upsells, and ensure contractual Terms & Conditions are upheld. Collaborate with Sales and Vacation Coordinator teams and work scheduled shifts including occasional overtime and holiday rotations.

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and VPs, manage schedules, communications, and assist with strategic project coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Owner of Marketo platform and lifecycle execution: architect and deploy complex email programs, manage Marketo-Salesforce integrations and data quality, build segmentation and personalization, QA high-volume sends, analyze campaign performance, and apply AI tools to accelerate marketing operations and content production.
