Manage and grow Fresh Start Foods sales within Gordon Food Service in BC. Maintain and develop customer relationships, create strategic sales plans, analyze trends and forecasts, collaborate with product development and operations, ensure client satisfaction, and manage customer financial performance. Represent the company professionally and support category growth and promotions.

The HR Generalist supports HR operations for designated divisions, including benefits, payroll, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, diversity initiatives, leave administration, metrics, vendor billing, and offboarding. The role partners with HR shared services and business leaders, provides employee and leadership guidance, supports retention and sourcing activities, and administers HR programs and processes.
