Record and reconcile general ledger transactions, prepare and post journal entries, perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations, manage intercompany and fixed asset transactions, execute month-end close and consolidation reporting, support audits, maintain internal controls and SOPs, and identify process improvements to meet SLAs.

Provide first-level technical support for Peritoneal Dialysis devices, software, connectivity, and related equipment through multiple communication channels. Diagnose issues, manage cases, document resolutions, escalate safety and technical concerns, and support patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. The role requires regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, knowledge management, performance tracking, and participation in a rotating 24/7 schedule.

Responsible for general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany balances, fixed assets, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close. Maintains dashboards and analytical models, supports audits and SOX controls, ensures compliance with IFRS or GAAP, and recommends process improvements. Requires SAP and BlackLine knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience in general ledger accounting and shared services environments.
