Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, transaction review and approval, training, process improvement, project participation, audit support, and ensuring accounting complies with GAAP and global policies. Lead issue resolution, root-cause actions, and contribute to R2R tower management and stabilization of migrated entities.

Leads digital enablement and automation across Global ICS by identifying manual processes, defining business requirements, managing automation backlogs, and coordinating with Automation and IT teams. Supports Workiva enhancements and integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Anaplan; documents current and target processes; validates solutions through testing; tracks benefits; and supports ICS operations, reporting, GRC, and tool maintenance.

Leads global people analytics, HCM reporting, and U.S. compliance reporting using Workday and PeopleSoft. Develops reporting solutions, gathers requirements, manages testing, troubleshoots integrations and workflows, maintains data mappings, and supports data audits. Partners with HR stakeholders on projects, ad hoc requests, privacy reviews, documentation, and training. Oversees reports including EEO, AAP, VETS-4212, California pay data, and other regulatory submissions while improving enterprise reporting processes.
