Develop and maintain responsive ReactJS web applications, optimize front-end performance, and integrate GenAI agents and Model Context Protocol applications. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams while staying current with front-end and generative AI technologies. The role requires strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, UI/UX awareness, basic backend integration knowledge, and familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP, and prompt engineering.

Performs manual and automated QA for multi-platform endpoint agents and cloud management systems. Designs test automation frameworks, manages Windows, Linux, and macOS virtualized QA environments, troubleshoots connectivity and backend issues, monitors agent performance, and investigates complex bugs. Collaborates with development, operations, release QA, support, and R&D teams while analyzing telemetry and supporting escalated customer troubleshooting.

Provides technical support for Fortinet customers by troubleshooting FortiGate products, analyzing configurations and system information, reproducing issues in lab environments, recommending corrective actions, managing escalations through closure, and educating customers. Collaborates with QA and development to identify bugs, contributes knowledge-base articles, and leads customer communications. Requires foundational networking and security knowledge, operating-system proficiency, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and up to two years of experience or equivalent education.
