Own and support delivery of Form3’s US Payments product suite across FedNow, RTP, Fedwire, Zelle, and ACH. Translate product vision into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications while collaborating with Engineering, Product, customers, and internal stakeholders. Analyze product changes and data, provide subject-matter expertise, support gateway development, and contribute to prioritization and continuous improvement.
