Provides executive leadership for large and mega heavy civil construction projects across Western Canada. Accountable for regional operational and financial performance, including P&L, cost, schedule, cash flow, forecasting, safety, project controls, bids, contracts, claims, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships. Leads organizational growth, workforce planning, talent development, risk mitigation, and commercially successful project delivery.

Leads BIM and VDC integration across infrastructure construction projects. Develops and coordinates 3D models, supports simulations, constructability reviews, quantity takeoffs, sequencing, clash detection, digital twin handoffs, and proposal visualizations. Establishes BIM standards, collaborates with field, preconstruction, business development, owners, and project teams, and drives digital transformation. Requires engineering education, extensive construction-industry experience, software expertise, team leadership, and knowledge of construction engineering, project management, regulatory codes, and risk identification.

Installs structural and miscellaneous steel, reinforces concrete structures, positions and secures steel components, reads blueprints, cuts and welds metal, inspects tools, and follows safety protocols while working under a Foreman on a Skytrain extension project.
