Teams at FISPAN

Lead and independently manage complex FinTech client implementations and partner projects. Serve as primary client liaison, design training and documentation, resolve integration/configuration issues, manage project plans and risks, and mentor junior onboarding consultants to ensure successful UAT and Go-Live adoption.

The Junior Technical Support Representative will troubleshoot technical issues related to FISPAN software and support clients across various channels, ensuring SLAs are met while documenting solutions and collaborating with technical teams.

Supports bank-partner launches from contract signature through pilot, general availability, and operational handoff. Coordinates milestones, dependencies, workshops, testing, readiness activities, documentation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer across bank and internal teams. Provides high-touch pilot support, tracks risks and onboarding momentum, prepares operational resources, and ensures complete transition to ongoing servicing and operations teams.
