Creates and maintains API documentation, product guides, training materials, interactive demos, and knowledge-base content. Manages documentation workflows and release cycles using Jira and related tools, translates technical product features for varied audiences, designs visual enablement content, and continuously improves documentation based on feedback and effectiveness data. Collaborates across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success while optimizing internal and external documentation experiences.

Develop backend services for accounting software integrations and plugins. Design and implement complex solutions using Java, relational and non-relational databases, distributed systems, microservices, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Build external API integrations and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and performance testing. The role involves project ownership, collaboration with engineering teams, and contributing to banking integrations through APIs or SFTP.

Manage multiple SaaS implementation projects for banking customers, coordinating internal engineering teams and client stakeholders. Responsibilities include project planning, timeline and milestone tracking, risk mitigation, resource coordination, status reporting, bank onboarding, customer requirements gathering, documentation, process improvement, and revenue-related project monitoring. The role also supports training materials, product feedback, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Accounting.
