Lead, coach, and scale a team of account executives selling AI infrastructure to GenAI-native startups. Own new business, consumption growth, pipeline, forecasting, technical sales motions, evaluations, POCs, and production expansion. Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, applied AI, marketing, RevOps, and recruiting. Hire and ramp sales talent, improve operating rhythms, represent the company in the GenAI ecosystem, and translate customer patterns into product feedback.

Drive adoption of Fireworks among strategic AI companies by leading technical discovery, customer evaluations, proofs of concept, onboarding, production deployments, and complex commercial negotiations. Build relationships with founders, ML engineers, infrastructure leaders, and executives; coordinate with Field Engineering, Applied AI, Product, and Research teams; identify prospects through networks and events; and manage customer partnerships from initial engagement through scaled production.

Build sales pipeline by prospecting target accounts, qualifying inbound leads, conducting personalized outreach across email, calls, and LinkedIn, and transitioning qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Educate prospects on AI inference solutions, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, and stay current on AI and machine learning trends to support informed conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
