Provides technical leadership, workforce development, and operational support for electric power generation products.

Lead Finning Canada's national tooling strategy and operations, including Tool Hub management, asset lifecycle management, inventory control, calibration, repairs, standardization, and technology implementation. Partner with technicians, leaders, vendors, and OEMs to improve safety, productivity, and consistency. Drive continuous improvement, organizational change, team capability, and accountability across the tooling program.

Leads Finning Canada's used equipment business across the territory, overseeing inspection, reconditioning, sourcing, trade-ins, sales, remarketing, inventory health, and post-sale delivery. Manages multiple functional leaders and teams while optimizing equipment valuation, pricing, inventory turns, working capital, profitability, customer experience, and market share. Develops auction and wholesale channels, drives promotional campaigns, advises sales teams on deal structuring, and aligns cross-functional stakeholders across sales, rentals, service, operations, marketing, and finance.
