Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, produce fleet and KPI reports, monitor condition data, support process and product improvements, and liaise with customers, Finning teams, and Caterpillar.

Lead site performance improvements for mining equipment by partnering with Caterpillar and customers to optimize availability and reduce total cost of ownership. Manage KPIs, implement recovery and performance strategies, coordinate product problem resolution, build executive relationships, and drive enterprise alignment and leadership across Finning and client teams.

Sell diesel and gas generator sets and related electrical distribution equipment across BC and Yukon. Assess customer needs, prepare quotes, build contractor and end-user relationships, manage territory, drive parts and service revenue, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
