Drive new and existing client relationships within the title insurance and real estate market to grow sales. Conduct market analysis, maintain product knowledge, identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, manage accounts, control expenses, and meet/exceed sales targets. May require provincial licensing to sell products.

Lead national title insurance underwriting to ensure policies follow underwriting standards, risk appetite, and regulations. Provide expert guidance on complex and high-risk matters, drive product and endorsement development, lead fraud prevention and investigations, collaborate with Legal/Claims/Sales/Operations, and develop training to reduce loss exposure and support business initiatives.

The Business Development Manager will develop and maintain relationships to grow sales, conduct market analysis, maintain product knowledge, assist customers, and control expenses while collaborating with the sales team.
