Develop and maintain distributed full-stack services across Angular and .NET. Design microservices using Domain-Driven Design, translate feature specifications into technical solutions, write unit and integration tests, review code, apply secure coding practices, and collaborate with Product and UX teams using Figma designs. The role also involves AI-assisted development, architecture contributions, REST APIs, SQL databases, and reliable deployment of customer-focused manufacturing software.

Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, serving as the primary contact for questions, adoption, renewals, and account growth. Monitor account health, identify risks, lead check-ins and business reviews, support upsells, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Support. Track client activity in HubSpot, gather feedback, and help customers realize value from FabStation. The role requires fluent English and French, with occasional travel to conferences, trade shows, and client locations.
