Lead and manage a portfolio of contaminated sites projects (Phase I/II ESAs, PSIs, site investigations, remediation). Prepare proposals, supervise staff, plan and coordinate fieldwork, manage budgets and regulatory submissions to BC Ministry of Environment & Parks, and support business development and client relationships.

Manage project accounting including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, monthly financial reporting and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and client contracts. Collaborate with project managers on financial performance, process invoices, track billings and accounts receivable, and support audits and year-end close.

Support regional marketing and BD by researching RFPs, managing BD inboxes, maintaining SharePoint opportunity status, producing and formatting resumes/project sheets and marketing materials, supporting proposals, and coordinating content and version control across teams.
