Leads complex AEC proposal pursuits from discovery through submission, including go/no-go decisions, pursuit planning, proposal execution, compliance reviews, and submission readiness. Develops win strategies, client-focused messaging, value propositions, and technical narratives while partnering with leadership, technical teams, marketing, and communications. Conducts market and competitor research, supports business development positioning, provides design assistance, mentors proposal staff, and advises senior leaders on pursuit strategy and risk.

Coordinates project invoicing, billing documentation, contract requirements, payment reconciliation, invoice dispute resolution, purchase order tracking, and project financial records. Supports project startup, reporting, administrative workflows, and closeout activities while collaborating with Project Managers, Finance, and clients to ensure timely billing and payment collection.

Manage project accounting including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, monthly financial reporting and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and client contracts. Collaborate with project managers on financial performance, process invoices, track billings and accounts receivable, and support audits and year-end close.
