Responsibilities include program planning, incident and RCA tracking, executive reporting, workflow automation, API integrations, telemetry, reconciliation, validation controls, auditability, and human-in-the-loop processes. The role requires cross-functional leadership, executive communication, operational expertise, and hands-on delivery of reliable automation in complex technology environments.
