Own a multimillion-dollar acquisition budget, channel allocation, forecasting, measurement, attribution, and experimentation. Use analytics to optimize performance, guide investment decisions, and present recommendations to senior leadership while aligning cross-functional teams around scalable growth opportunities.

Develops AI-assisted content and marketing automation for EMHware and GoodTherapy. Responsibilities include creating HubSpot workflows, optimizing SEO, managing A/B testing, deploying campaigns across digital channels, building KPI dashboards, analyzing attribution and audience segments, and translating marketing data into actionable recommendations.
