Teams at ERM

Leads geochemical characterization and ML/ARD management studies supporting environmental assessment and permitting for major mining and resource projects. Provides senior technical review, develops mass balance and geochemical models, integrates multidisciplinary water resource investigations, mentors teams, manages performance, advises clients, and supports business development. Builds client relationships, expands integrated water management services, contributes to global technical communities, and delivers technical leadership on multimillion-dollar projects across Canada and internationally.

Lead EHS regulatory compliance audits, design and implement EHS strategies, support international standards, and manage national/global projects while engaging senior leaders and building client relationships.

Supports hydrology and water-resource consulting projects through watershed and water-quality data analysis, hydrologic modeling, field investigations, sampling, streamflow measurements, hydrometric surveys, and technical report writing. Collaborates with multidisciplinary environmental teams on regulatory approvals, impact assessments, monitoring programs, and sustainable resource development while following quality, health, safety, and scientific standards.
