Leads sustainability strategy, transformation, transaction, risk advisory, and value-creation engagements for mining clients. Advises executives, investors, and stakeholders on ESG integration, investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, regulatory and operational risks, and business transformation. Manages multidisciplinary teams and complex projects, develops client relationships and proposals, supports business development, and mentors staff while addressing mining-sector issues including climate change, biodiversity, water stewardship, Indigenous engagement, human rights, decarbonization, and responsible sourcing.

Lead complex environmental permitting and regulatory programs across Canada, providing strategic advice, technical direction, and oversight for mining, renewable energy, transportation, and oil and gas projects. Manage permit strategies, applications, regulatory information requests, stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, and multidisciplinary project teams. Build regulator and client relationships, support proposals and business development, mentor permitting professionals, and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality.

Lead EHS regulatory compliance audits, design and implement EHS strategies, support international standards, and manage national/global projects while engaging senior leaders and building client relationships.

Manage multidisciplinary environmental projects from proposal development through final reporting. Coordinate teams, clients, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, invoicing, risk, quality, safety, logistics, and fieldwork. Support business development, proposals, cost estimation, and client relationship growth. Build respectful partnerships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and local stakeholders while advancing participation and capacity-building opportunities across mining, energy, renewables, municipal, and environmental projects.

Supports hydrology and water-resource consulting projects through watershed and water-quality data analysis, hydrologic modeling, field investigations, sampling, streamflow measurements, hydrometric surveys, and technical report writing. Collaborates with multidisciplinary environmental teams on regulatory approvals, impact assessments, monitoring programs, and sustainable resource development while following quality, health, safety, and scientific standards.
